Bridging Finance in respect of all other judgments

This is offered to you once you have successfully obtained final judgement against an organ of state (including the Road Accident Fund (RAF)). There can be a substantial amount of time between settlement and payout (currently up to 8 months) and we step in and offset this for you by supplying the funds upfront, while you wait.

If your claim has been successfully settled or you have obtained final judgment against an organ of state (including the Road Accident Fund (RAF)), we can arrange bridging finance against the pending payment of your claim within 48 (forty-eight) hours (T’s & C’s obviously apply).

• Do you have a claim against an organ of state (including the Road Accident Fund (RAF)) that has been finalised (by judgement in your favour in or in terms of a settlement)?
• Are you represented by an Attorney?

If so, you may well qualify for Bridging Finance. Rates as low as 15% may apply.
