How long does it take?
As soon as we have all the relevant documents and the contracts are signed, we can advance your funds directly into your bank account within 48 hours.

What is the amount of the loan I would be able to obtain?
We would generally be able to pay you up to 85% of the amount that is due to you from your settlement.
What does this cost me?
You can choose.
The standard cost is: 85% of amount due, available within 48 hours. (Effectively costing you 15%).
However if you reduce your amount you receive now and increase the number of months until you receive payment, the balance varies.
For example:
40% now and 50% in 12 months. You will receive 90%
(Effectively costing you 10%).
Or even:
30% now and 70% in 18 months, meaning you will receive 100% (effectively not costing you anything).
Should I use an attorney?
Due to the complicated nature of Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims and high court litigation, it is definitely advisable to work through an attorney.
Think about it, would you allow someone who owed you money to have the sole power to decide:
• If they owed you anything at all;
• If so, how much they owe you;
• The terms on which they will repay you?
